Tuesday: 1:00pm – 2:00pm with Debbie
Thursday: 1:00pm – 2:00pm with Debbie


It has been proven that exercise helps to diminish Parkinson’s symptoms.
Boxing is just one of the exercises that can target specific Parkinson’s challenge areas. Other activities like dance, swimming and cycling are also workouts that are intense and work the entire body.
